How much is shipping & How quickly do you ship?

Shipping is a flat rate of $6.95
We ship M-F excluding holidays.
Most items leave our shop within 24-48 business hours, although sometimes a little longer during peak busy times.

What is your Return Policy?

We are happy to issue a refund in the form of account credit if contacted within 3 days of receipt of item & the item has never been worn or washed. Item must be mailed to us within 3 days of us replying to your inquiry. To initiate a return, please email ASHLEYHITTBOUTIQUE@GMAIL.COM. Please DO NOT send back an item without contacting us first. We will not be able to process your return without communication prior to the item being sent back. Returns may take up to a week to process. We do not e-email you when the item is received. Please keep tracking for your own records. Please note undergarments, mystery items and holiday pieces are FINAL SALE. Other items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable due to the nature of our boutique.

What if one of the items I received is damaged?

All defects and issues must be brought to our attention via email within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order # and a picture of the defective area. All defects found after the 3 day window will be assessed a restocking fee upon return. Once an item has been worn or washed, we are unable to refund or replace due to the number of circumstances that are out of our control.
